Overview

Day out Dublin is a curated directory of group activities in Dublin. We do not require accounts, take bookings, or process payments on this site.

This page explains what information may be processed when you visit, and which third parties are involved.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to submit personal information to browse the site. If you email us (for example, to suggest a listing), we receive whatever you choose to include in your message and our reply.

Like most websites, our hosting and service providers may automatically log technical data when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the time of your request. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of services to run the site:

• Cloudflare — hosts the website and may process standard request logs for security and performance.
• MapTiler — provides map tiles on the Explore page. Loading the map sends requests to MapTiler, which may log technical data such as your IP address.
• Image hosting — listing photos are served from our image CDN (images.dayoutdublin.com), which may log standard delivery data.

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We do not sell visitor information to third parties.

Analytics and cookies

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site. The explore map may store map tiles in your browser cache (via a service worker) so the map loads faster on return visits — this is functional caching, not tracking.

Links to other websites

Activity listings link to external provider websites. When you leave Day out Dublin, those sites have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for how they handle your information.

Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area or UK, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you (for example, if you have emailed us). To make a request, contact us using the email below.
