Hands-on pasta and pizza team cooking at Pinocchio Cookery School in Temple Bar — sit-down dining with wine pairings.
Pinocchio Cookery School runs hands-on team cooking events from its kitchen on Pudding Row in Temple Bar — colleagues cook together rather than watch a demonstration, then sit down to eat what they have made with a glass of wine. Options include one-, two-, or three-course Italian menus, dedicated pizza sessions (with or without dough-making), and a spritz-and-pasta format.
Events typically run 90 minutes to two and a half hours from start to finish, including a bruschetta welcome, the cooking session, and the meal. Aprons, recipes, and vegetarian options are included as standard. Prices are quoted per event rather than per person, with tailored packages for larger groups. Projector, Wi-Fi, and live music can be added on request.
The school is at 1 Pudding Row, Essex Street West, Dublin 2 — central Temple Bar, walkable from most city-centre offices and well served by buses and the Luas. Contact the cookery school on 01 460 8800 or info@pinocchio.ie to design a menu for your group.
Cooking together is one of the most reliable icebreakers going: tasks get shared naturally, conversation flows around the table, and the shared meal gives everyone a clear finish line. Works especially well for mixed teams who want something social rather than competitive.
